Christmas in Richfield
This year for Christmas we went to Richfield. We were able to spend 3 days there and had so much fun. Brandon, Shilo and Javin were also there and it was so good to see them and watch Brit and Jav run around destroying grandmas house. On Christmas Eve we had our usual yummy soup and bread bowls with clam chowder and a new addition cheesy chicken soup. They were so good and I always look forward to them each new years eve. WE opened our pjs and got a few pic's before putting the kids to bed.
This is the first year we didn't do gingerbread houses (which was fine with all of us) and instead mom had plenty of games planned for us all. We had lots of fun playing games and reading Christmas stories and just spending time together. It was getting late so we got everything ready for Santa to come and headed to bed.
Morning came way to slow for me, I'm not sure if it was because I was excited to see Brit open all his presents or because I have been having the craziest dreams ever (joys of being Prego)! But it finally came and we went upstairs, just to see Briton run to grandmas toy box. We had to put them away so he would play with his new toys from Santa. But once he started playing with them he loved them and pushed the trucks all over the house.
Then it was time to open the rest of the presents.
He didn't really care about the whole opening presents thing, so Justin and I had a blast opening all of his presents. He was just too busy running around with Javin playing. Hopefully next year he'll be a little more interested in all the presents and Santa.
After presents it was time to eat breakfast and play with all our fun toys! We had a blast and the basketball hoop for Brit was a huge hit, especially with the older boys. I wasn't sure if my moms living room would be the same after all their games of PIG.

Javin and Brit also had a lot of fun on the beanbag and in Grandma's Tupperware drawer, especially when we got the spoons out too!

Christmas in Cedar
Christmas in Cedar
The day after Christmas we headed back home and stopped in Cedar with Justin's Family. Briton got to open more presents and he was a little more interested this time (mostly in the Cars sleeping bag). And just like at Grandma Michealsen's he got spoiled again! Justin and I have the greatest parents in the world! Our kids will never go without:)
So we spent most of the day there eating, playing Wii, and just relaxing. It was another great day and a great ending to our trip.
Once again thanks to everyone for a great Christmas and for all the many wonderful things we received. We are so lucky and have the greatest family in the whole world, which of course in the greatest gift of all.
