2 months already!!

I seriously can't believe it's been 2 months! Wow does time fly! I took her in for her checkup and she's right on track to being a tall one just like her brother and sister! She was 23 3/4 inches which is 97%. And then 11 lbs 12 oz which was 72%. And everyone always comments on her perfect little head! Of course we already knew she was perfect but it's nice to have something to back us up:) A few things about Fay right now. She loves to smile! She started smiling around 5 weeks and we just love it. She is starting to coo at us and Briton especially loves that! She is a happy baby most of the time, but when she is mad she is MAD!!! She has got some lungs on her and she knows how to let daddy know when she is missing her mommy! She is sleeping about 8 hours straight during the night which is awesome, but then she has nights where she is up every 2 hours. Those are not fun nights. But we just love her to pieces anyways!

Faydyn's Blessing Day

On August 7th, Justin blessed Faydyn and gave her a beautiful blessing! He always does such a good job! We had lots of family come down for it and we had a wonderful day. Faydyn looked so stinking cute in her dress and she was so good all day. She loved all the attention! Here are a few pictures of our fun day.

I LOVE MY 2 BOYS!!!

This picture is hilarious! (There were lots of flies outside that day)

Newborn Pics

So I know I'm a horrible blogger lately and really shouldn't be doing it now. (still so much to do to get ready for Preschool next week) But I just couldn't put off putting these cute pics up my friend Shannon did for me. I got a free session for painting a mural on her little boys wall and was so excited about what she prepared for Faydyn. They are so cute. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do ! I honestly can't decide which one is my favorite so help me out!

Easter 2011

Easter was so much fun this year! Both kids had a blast finding eggs at neighborhood Easter egg hunts, eating candy, getting spoiled from the Easter bunny, eating candy, golfing eggs, rolling eggs, eating candy, playing with grandmas and grandpas, and did I mention eating candy! I can't believe how much candy they got in a week of Easter festivities. They first had the Neighborhood Easter egg hunt that was a ton of fun. Then they had one put on by Grandma Phillips while camping at 3 peaks where they made their next haul of goodies. And lastly they got a few on Easter morning from the Easter Bunny. But they loved every minute of it, and that's what really matters, right?

Here they are at the Neighborhood Easter Party!

We always try to carry on the Sevier County tradition of rolling eggs down a hill, but we also throw in our own tradition of golfing a few eggs too. We tried to go out in a rain/wind storm and that didn't work well. So Hadley, Briton, Grandma Paula, and I headed out the next day. The kids loved throwing the eggs and did not want to leave when we were finally out of eggs.

Here is their haul. The Easter Bunny got a little carried away this year and was very excited for spring and all the activities that go along with it. They kinda got spoiled:) But we have spent countless hours in the backyard with those new bats, balls, and mitts! They love playing baseball!

And of course our cute family before church. Briton wasn't quite in the mood for a picture I guess.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HADLEY!!!

Hadley Jo turned 2 on March 27th!
We had a big party with family and friends to celebrate our little Princess turning 2! As you can see she got mighty spoiled!

I saw this cupcake cake online and had to make it for her! I was super excited with how it turned out!

We had some left over cupcakes and decided to try this out too! So cute and easy!

The Birthday Girl! She loved her tutu!

Blowing out the candles

Look! They are both smiling for the camera! This is the first picture I have of them both smiling! YAY!!!

Digging in!

Opening all her presents... with the help of some others:)

Her new bike! I wish I could have got a picture of her face when she saw this! It was awesome! She was so excited! Just imagine a complete opposite facial expression as this one on her face now:)

Her pretty Princess dress! She loves wearing dresses and everyone who wears a dress is a princess!

This doll house was from us. She loves it. I find her in her room almost daily playing with it!

Trying out the new bike!

Happy Birthday Sweetheart! We love you!

Hawaii Part 1

HAWAII MARCH 2011

We had a blast on this trip and wake up everyday wishing we were back! We were so lucky to go to Kauai with some great friends Jaron and Kari and Jesse and Erin. We packed up the kids and shipped them off to Grandma and Grandpas house and headed to Vegas. We then flew to LAX and spent one long night there sleeping on the floors and benches. It was super fun! Especially 6 months Prego! The tsunami happened while we were sleeping in the airport, but it didn't scare us away. We finally got out of the airport and made it safely to beautiful Hawaii! Here is the proof of all the fun we had! I tried to keep things organized in days, but somehow it just didn't happen. There are also going to be lots of posts because lets face it... Hawaii is just too cool for only 1 post:) So enjoy!

One of the beaches we visited. I can't remember the name, but it was on the North side and it was beautiful!

The cool cave we saw by this beach

The monk seal napping on the shore

Jaron and Jesse digging a hole. Not sure why, but they did:)

And just relaxing on the beach

Im pretty sure this was called Hidden Beach. It was a little hike down, but it was amazing.

These chickens and roosters were ALL OVER THE PLACE! You couldn't go anywhere without seeing these things.

A waterfall right off the side of the road.
Our trip up Wailua River to Wailua Falls. (The canoeing and ropeswinging on the next post!) It had rained the day before so the whole hike was through mudd. It was a slippery mess and Jesse had a few fatal falls, but overall it was a success!

When we got there the boys ventured out to the fall. They said it hurt like crazy so the girls just watched:)

Doesn't it look like it hurts!

More to come:)

Hawaii Part 2

The most fun we had on the whole trip.... THE ROPE SWING!!! We found this while canoeing the Wailua River. We all had a turn, even me! So fun!

CANOEING

Don't we all look so Happy! Well we are faking it! This is a lot harder than it looks and a lot of work. We also turned in more circles and crashed into each other more than we would have liked:)

This is us crashing into Jesse and Erin. And look what direction we are headed. Up the river? NO!!! We are headed into the trees. Good Times:)
