BABY # 3!!!!!

Brit********Baby#3********Hadley So if you can't tell by this picture then you are just going to have to keep reading to find out:) On the weekends I always try to fix the kids a big breakfast since there is no hustle and bustle of getting ready before preschool. This morning I made pancakes and Brit requested Mickey and Minnie Pancakes! So as I was making a Mickey for Brit and a Minney for Hads I decided to throw another one on there for #3!
We found out yesterday we are having another GIRL!!! We are so excited! Justin is pretty excited for his future 1 on 1 time with Brit camping and fishing and leaving me with 2 girls:)
The ultra sound was amazing and lasted almost an hour! We got to see our little girl kick and wiggle like crazy! She was kinda being difficult and the ultrasound tech kept warning us she was already stubborn! Great!! We already have 4 stubborn Phillips in the house, what will we do with 5!?! We also got some 3D pictures of her and I will post them soon!!
Now we just have to start figuring out a name and the rest of it should be easy! Okay, let me take that back, having 3 kids will be NO WHERE NEAR EASY, but either is picking a name! Wish us luck!

MERRY CHRISTMAS 2010!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Christmas Morning was so much fun! Brit was excited about Santa coming and we left out cookies and milk for him All he ever asked for was Lighting Cars and well thats what he got! He got a Lightning Goe tracks set, a Cars tower, Cars games, Cars dominoes, and so much more. What a spoiled little boy!

Hadley has been really into dolls lately. I think it took her a little longer to get into dolls than most girls cause all she ever say were cars. But Santa fixed that and she got a cute little doll with bottles, a crib, and a stroller. And she immediately turned into Ms. Mommy!! She loves to feed her doll and read her stories. She can also quote all the little saying her dolls says and knows exactly what to do to make her happy.

We got them a vsmile motion with a few fun games. They are still a little too hard for them, especially Hads, but I'm sure they will figure them out soon:)

The Aftermath!!! What a mess! But a fun mess right?

Geotrax was the big hit again this year. We combined the 2 sets he already had with the 2 sets he got this year for ONE MASSIVE GEOTRAX!! They played with this for hours!

My mom and dad and little bro JD came down for Christmas this year and they brought a pretty fun present! Do you think the kids are excited!?! Hadley probably had no clue what it was. She just does whatever Brit does, but it was cute anyways:) They just couldn't wait for it to get set up and had to jump on it right away.

Setting up the tramp! Not a fun thing. Good thing we had lots of help.

Enjoying the tramp already! We are so excited about this Ginormis thing! We cant stop thinking about all the fun times we had as kids on the tramp and just can't wait for summer campouts on the tramp and sprinklers underneath! Come on Summer, COME FASTER!!! Okay so I might be getting a little ahead of myself:) We really had a great Christmas and I wanted to thank all our family and friends that made it so special this year!

Christmas Eve 2010

Even though we vowed to stay home for Christmas this year we decided to head up to Cedar on Chirstmas Eve. We started early this year so we could drive home and be home before Santa stopped at our house.

We decorated cookies for Santa and Jen even stuck it out with the small ones and worked on the gingerbread houses with them.

Hadley loved decorating the cookies and by decorating I mean dumping the sprinkles on top and eating the sprinkles right out of the containers. But it's Christmas right, she can do whatever she wants:)

We broke out the traditional Christmas hats and I actually was able to steal this shot of him before he took it off.

We on the other hand loved our hats and wore them more than willingly! Huh Justin!

After some yummy soups and sandwiches we headed down for some BINGO and Presents!!! They of course got spoiled rotten and loved every minute of it!

And of course Christmas PJ's! Aren't they so cute! HOHOHO!

SLC Trip

We took a trip to Salt Lake after Christmas to see my Grandma and Grandpa Nay. We decided while were up to see a Jazz game and see the lights at temple square. We also did a little window shopping at the Gateway but it was way too cold for us and we didn't last long:)
Temple square was beautiful and the kids loved all the lights! What a amazing place!

Before the game started we stumbled across this cute little play place and the kids loved it. They didn't want to leave but the game was about to start! Don't worry we got a soda and some popcorn and that kept them entertained enough that we could kinda watch the game. This will definately be the last time we take the kids to a Jazz game until they get a lot older:)

We were in the nosebleed and luckily it filled up up there so the kids couldn't wonder around like this the whole game.

H2O Tour 2010

In Sept we dropped the kids off in Cedar and headed up North with our good friends Melanie and Brian. We went to the Brad Paisley H2O tour and it was sooo much fun! It was definately the best concert I've ever been too and Brad Paisley is by far the best entertainer! We got to see quite a few people perform that day and enjoyed the greasy food and crazy hicks to go along with it! We saw Josh Thompson, Easton Corbin, Steel Magnolia, Justin Moore, Darius Rucker, and then of course Brad Paisley! I had no idea how talented he is on the guitar and he played that thing and sang along for 2 hours straight! What a FUN Night!

The next day we went to the Nevada vs. BYU game! Unfortunately Nevada creamed BYU but it was still fun. GO COUGARS!!!

Still Playing Catch Up!

I will get caught up! I feel like if I get caught up then I will post a few more things in detail so it is more like a journal for me than a "try and remember 5 months ago and jot down everything i remember"! I will do my best! I think these might even go on the next page so click on older posts when u get to the bottom cause I'm going to do awesome today!

Christmas Outfits

I decided to go with something simple for the kids this year for their Christmas outfits. Mostly because Brit is OCD about clothes and I had to make it simple for him to wear it and second of all I just loved these cute Brown outfits!
And I totally missed them both smiling! 2 seconds earlier they were both looking at me AND smiling! But you snooze you loose! At least I got some cute ones of them by themselves. What cute kids I have:)

Michaelsen Christmas Party

So every other year we get together as the WHOLE Michaelsen family for a wonderful Christmas party! We had some yummy food, played a few games, decorated gingerbread houses, smashed a pinata, and saw Santa! Santa was definitely the best part... oh I love my family! He totally looks real! haha Scroll down to see what I mean:)
They are concentrating so hard to pile the candy as high as they can!

YUM!

Here's Brit telling Santa he wants Cars for Christmas. Lightning Cars of course!
And here's Hadley not liking Santa. At least she's not screaming. Maybe next year!

November

I can Honestly say I don't remember much about November. I think my mind completely turned off the day we found out #3 was coming along in June! So that is my excuse for not having any pictures from Thanksgiving or any other event besides bowling in November! By the way we are super excited for our new little addition to arrive in June.
We did go to Caliente to have Thanksgiving with all of Justin's extended family. It's always nice to see his family and we love visiting with Grandpa Phillips as much as we can.
And that weekend we headed up to Cedar to celebrate my cute nieces B-day. Before the party we headed to Cedar Bowling Alley for some good ol' bowling. Not everyone could make it but those that did had lots of fun and the kids had a pretty good time too. I decided they should make a kids bowling game of only 5 rounds cause Justin ended up bowling the last 20 minutes on his own just to get it over with:) But we had fun and ended it with the best burgers EVER from there at the snack bar! Yummo!
Here's a few pic's of Hads in her bowling attire, Brit rolling strikes, and the rest of the gang hangin out.
