Conference Weekend!

You have just got to love Conference Weenkends. You get to spend time together as a family, listen to the wonderful speakers, and sleep! OH and not to mention, NO CHURCH!!!! hehe. We had such a great time spending time together. One of the things we did was get our garden planted. Last year we didn't get around to it and we missed all the fresh veggies in the fall. So this year we planted tomatoes, peas, radishes, peppers, and in a few weeks we'll plant watermelon and squash. It's nothing fancy but we're proud of it:)

Hopefully it will look more green in a couple weeks!

We also watched basketball Sat. night but were so disappointed because we both had picked North Carolina and UCLA in the championship game. Oh well. Then on Sunday we enjoyed more conference and taking Brit on his first bike ride. We've had this thing for a few months, but it's a handmedown and had been sitting in their garage for years and we just hadn't got around to scrubbing it til now. He loved it! He was so happy the whole time and didn't really want to get out. But we took him right to the back for his first ride in his swing. And he loved it too! It will be so nice to have for when we're working in the backyard.So we had a great weekend and wish they could all be like that.
